Our Houston call center, led by Karen Garza, moved into a new, 70-seat location in March 2020. We’re excited to expand in this area and take advantage of the diverse population in Houston. This center provides a greatly expanded Spanish-language capacity for healthcare, customer service, brand awareness and current event surveys.
Situated in view of the Rocky Mountains, this 50-seat center has long been the cornerstone of our healthcare calling team. Our Aurora team is led by Cari Selby and also conducts both B2B and consumer studies.
Twin Falls, Idaho
