Our original location, this 50-seat call center is led by Ryan Bumgardner. The Richfield team anchors our customer satisfaction efforts, inbound studies and follow-up projects, while also conducting B2B and general consumer surveys.
Rexburg, Idaho
This 90-seat location, and largest Ironwood call center, anchors our Consumer and B2B efforts. Our Rexburg team is led by a group of experienced managers and conducts surveys on healthcare, customer satisfaction and current events.
Houston, Texas
Our Houston call center, led by Karen Garza, moved into a new, 70-seat location in March 2020. We’re excited to expand in this area and take advantage of the diverse population in Houston. This center provides a greatly expanded Spanish-language capacity for healthcare, customer service, brand awareness and current event surveys.
